This term is referring to the old guy at the airport that hates everything!
He is the "Mean Old Airport Guy" or "MOAG" He is the guy that comes out of the hanger screaming and acting like a total idiot. His problem is that after 20 years of exposure to heavy metals in avgas and cadmium he is basically mentally gone. He is the guy that is gray skinned and gray haired. Has shoes from 1986 and swears they are the best you can buy. He is not computer literate cause its a waste of time but now he is freaking out because they are putting maintenance books on CD.
